Those lucky enough to leave the gates may find as much difficulty getting effective health care as they did within the walls.  Impossible?  Well, no.  The new so-called health care proposals strip most rural communities–where many newly released must find half-way houses– of community health programs.  Congress doesn’t care. Congress wants a budget that helps buy missiles and military “stuff.”  If citizens need health care, they can always run over to an emergency center, right?

Read the Episcopal Health opinion sheet, attached.  They have researched the numbers and projected a miserable health future.  In Texas, if you are off paper, you can vote.  Please take that marvelous opportunity to tell your congress people how you feel about tax dollars stolen from health and education and send to the military.
