Wikipedia explains Prison Litigation Reform Act with reference to graphic novel, Prison Grievances: when to write, how to write. Terri LeClercq thrilled and amused.
The Prison Litigation Reform [sic] Act has its own entry on Wiki. Interestingly, the entry summarizes the bill and its history, but includes footnotes for further study.
One of those footnotes is to me, a “prison activist.” I cannot describe how honored I am!
I also cannot describe how amused I am that the book is cited as a resource–because it is a graphic novel written for inmates, thus 5th grade reading level. Still, it took this Ph.D. 10 years of reading and studying to understand it, so maybe Wiki readers need to follow me anyway.
