Corrections Corporation of America bought the Lake Eric prison in 2012 from the state.  Since then, conditions have deteriorated, guards have quit, gangs seem to be running the place, and a scathing report by an independent state prison monitor condemned the management.  Whew.  So CCA is switching the failed warden to Colorado (lucky them!) and the Colorado warden and assistant to Lake Erie.  The Ohio ACLU is not jubilant.
